During my artistic career, I have released 20 solo albums and multiple collaborations within the World Music industry such as Mariem Hassan/Western Sahara, Mazaher and the Zar group of Abu Gheit in Egypt, Ahmed Muktar/Iraq, Du Jiazen/ China, Hope Masike/ Zimbabwe, Ramata Diakite/ Mali, Sol denverano and grupo Sikisiri/ Mexico or Madosini/ South Africa among others. In addition, I have composed soundtracks for visual Art (Theatre, Films, Dance), released five documentaries on Cultural Musicology, four academic books and many academic articles related to intercultural music practices, music and refugee studies, and on the revitalisation of sound archives.
